Opening Shot:
Alarm beeping. Bluish, early morning, pre-dawn light. Sleeping person in bed rolls over (or sits up) and hits alarm off lethargically. Appearance is bedraggled.
Second shot:
Person (obviously athletic) back to camera pulling on t-shirt, looking more awake, maybe even a little energetic.
Third shot:
Foot propped up on edge of a chair. Lacing up running shoes with vigor and purpose.
Fourth shot: (or sequence):
Hops up on chair. Suddenly kicks chair away. Legs now dangling, maybe twitch once or twice.
Final shot:
Zoom in on the sneaker logo, legs gently rocking. (if brave use Nike shoes)
