I just wanted to thank you Dogbert. I was able to reset the Password on a Stylistic ST5032D Tablet using the 5x4 cpsirt and a usb keyboard. The tablet defaults with CAPS on for the on-screen keyboard which some people might not notice when entering in the passwords. I found it easier just to use a external keyboard. Anyway, thanks again. You rock.
