He's pretty deep-set in his ways, having been taught by generations of fathers in his family that gay people sometimes just walk instead of skipping. Yes, I know it's hypocritical of Beauford to chastise an entire group of people for not doing something he himself hasn't done since he was 6 years old on a playground. But you have to give him some time to understand and process this information.
