Its Roulette, It’s played with one bullet in the revolver and is spun and held to the head, it is a test of luck. But in this one it was supposed to be played with 2-5 bullets because they were prisoners of the other people, so they played the “Game” but he mistakenly choose to have 6 bullets in a six-shot revolver, that’s why he said wait multiple times at the end. Get it?
