The Lip Reader
Bobby "Blabbermouth" Feltoni knew there were spies in his midst. He couldn't trust the cops he paid off, couldn't trust his men, couldn't even trust his own wife. So he developed a language all his own, understandable only to him - a code of babbling he would slip into sometimes whenever he felt he was being watched. Therefore, none of his heists or whacks would ever wind up being successful (and one time, when he inadvertently sent his men into enemy territory down on Bab Bab Bab St., it would be disastrous), but at the same time he never did get caught.
